Losing Weight



Many people think about the way for controlling their weight, so what is the best approach for it? I think it is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. You could not just fast for a day or two to drop some pounds, because when you fast, your body doesn't get the nutrients and energy it needs for normal functioning. There are also side effects to fasting, like irregularities in heart function, dehydration and extremely low blood pressure. And, since fasting slows your body's metabolism, it actually increases weight gain when you resume eating. Here, also I want talk about how people gain weight, basic you gain weight when you consume more calories than your body uses through activity. But, not all over-weight people overeat. Several factors can contribute to people's being overweight, including genetics, age, physical activity, high fat diet, gender, childhood obesity, cigarette smoking and medical problems.
